Enhance business workflows with AI is a free, four-module Microsoft Learn path on using Microsoft Copilot for routine business work: documents, data, meetings and multi-step tasks. Three modules each work through one kind of task: drafting and refining business content, with the Researcher agent for gathering information; analyzing and visualizing data; and managing meetings and collaboration. The fourth introduces Copilot Cowork, which carries out tasks across Microsoft 365 on your behalf, such as sending emails, scheduling meetings, creating documents and posting in Teams, and covers when to use it and how to word a request so it does the job well. The exercises in the first three modules need a Microsoft 365 subscription with a Microsoft 365 Copilot license, and the Cowork exercise needs access to Copilot Cowork, which is billed by usage in Copilot Credits.

The Copilot Cowork module is the reason to pick this path over a general Copilot introduction. Delegating a multi-step job, where Copilot carries out the steps itself and normally pauses for your approval before sending or scheduling, is a different skill from prompting for a draft. The other three modules give task-by-task practice with documents, data and meetings.
