GenAI in Professional Practice is part of ICAEW’s GenAI Accelerator Program, aimed at accountancy firms rather than in-house finance teams. It works through client-facing work first — audit and assurance including sampling, tax services, advisory and consulting, financial reporting, valuations and client reporting, and insolvency and restructuring — showing where generative AI tools fit in each. It then turns to running the firm itself: practice management, time tracking, billing, engagement letters, client onboarding and compliance workflows. The framing throughout is small and mid-sized practices rather than large ones. It is a paid course.
