AI literacy and governance is a self-paced e-learning curriculum from PwC's Academy, the professional training arm of PwC. It starts with what artificial intelligence actually is — the different types, the key concepts behind them, and how machine capability compares with human judgment — then turns to the risks and limitations of the technology and the factors that affect its accuracy. From there it covers communicating effectively with generative AI tools, the basic structure of the EU AI Act and how it applies to an organization, and practices for using AI responsibly at work. It is introductory, with no prerequisites, and it is a paid course, taken online.
