AI Literacy is a jargon-free learning plan from IBM SkillsBuild, around four hours across two modules, built for people starting from scratch. The first module explores how AI systems learn and improve and where they already appear across industries; the second focuses on working alongside AI — how machine learning differs from human learning, how people and AI collaborate, and a hands-on challenge guiding an AI assistant to draft a product launch plan. It is deliberately plain-spoken and is offered in twelve languages. Complete both modules to earn the IBM SkillsBuild "AI Literacy" digital credential.
