AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations is a free, short course about how to work well with AI — not how to build it. Created by Anthropic with two university academics, it introduces a simple framework for collaborating with AI tools effectively, efficiently, and responsibly: knowing when to reach for AI, how to direct it, how to judge what it gives back, and how to do all of that ethically and safely. It's aimed at anyone starting to use AI in study or work, and pairs naturally with a primer like Elements of AI — that one explains what AI is; this one builds the habits for using it well.
