It moves from a plain-language mental model of how AI works — with a hands-on look at how a model predicts the next word — to applying AI on everyday tasks across customer interactions, back-office work, and operations, and finishes by helping you build a repeatable AI-assisted workflow and a short AI use policy that fits your business. It was co-created with PayPal and two real small businesses — a Brooklyn butcher shop and an automotive parts rebuilder — that appear throughout. Examples use Claude.ai because Anthropic makes the course, but the habits transfer to any chatbot.
